How are you all? I’ve had a great few days. I’ve been offered a new job as a Beauty Specialist at Boots this week & I’m really excited to start. It’s going to be amazing to talk about and play with makeup every day. I am sad to leave my old job though, but hopefully this is going to be perfect for me (I think it will be!)
Today I am going to be reviewing the Zoeva Rose Golden eyeshadow palette which I’ve had since Christmas! You may remember me reviewing the Zoeva En Taupe palette a couple months ago (you can see that here if not) & I have also reviewed the Zoeva Cocoa Blend palette too (which you can see here). So I decided I may as well review the other Zoeva palette in my collection in case anyone is interested.
OVERVIEW
This palette consists of 10 shades – 3 matte & 7 metallic. It costs £18 on Cult Beauty. I think this price is pretty decent for the quality of Zoeva.
Cult Beauty say this palette has an ‘array of stunning, stand out hues’ including ‘delicate pinks’ and ‘shimmering cocoa and brown-black shades’. Allowing you to create a number of ‘stunning floral eye looks’. They say that these formulas ‘blend together like a dream.’
It is free from parabens and mineral oil and will provide ‘incredibly rich colour payoff’.
REVIEW
Of course, I love the standard of this palette. The formula is amazing, and super blendable (as Cult Beauty suggest). They are super soft & finely milled, so they feel creamy & smooth on the lid. They do fade a little throughout the day & I’d recommend using a setting spray with the metallic shades in order to get them to last to their full potential.
